If the customer has a problem with the service your client is providing your the one accepting all the blows.... It Stressess me out especially when i find that the customer have a problem using the service and at the same time the customer have other personnal problems which she/he tells the agent. What i do at this kind of situation is think about the positive side... That on that given call i can make a difference... I could be a friend, an advicer, a solution... This is what i do each and everyday it is repeatative... I do agree that the BPO companies needs to give more importance to the health of its employee.
